DELIVERY
What are the delivery times?
Your orders are prepared by our logistics teams in 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and an email will be sent to you to confirm shipment.
You will then be delivered in 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
What delivery methods do you offer?
All La Berge products are shipped by post directly to your home.
In case of absence, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice and you can decide to have it redelivered to your home another day or choose a relay point near your home.
You will then need to have your tracking number and your identity card to collect your package.
Your package will remain at the drop-off location for 15 days before being returned to us.
I entered the wrong delivery address or product when ordering.
Don't panic on board, it happens to everyone! Contact us quickly at bonjour@laberge.fr so we can do what is necessary.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request!
Can I have it delivered abroad?
Yes, we deliver to European Union countries in 3 to 5 days after the order is shipped. Delivery costs are payable, regardless of the amount of your order.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
It's very simple, just go to the order tracking page and enter your order number (eg: #100004) as well as your email address or telephone number.

What is the status of my order?
Your La Berge products are shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 72 hours, we invite you to contact us at bonjour@laberge.fr
How can I cancel my order?
You made a mistake in the size or color of your bath mat? No problem, send us an email quickly at bonjour@laberge.fr
Working on a just-in-time basis, we will cancel or modify your order if it has not already been prepared for shipment by our logistics department. If it is already in transit, you will have 30 days to return it to us.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay. You can also pay for your order in 4X without fees with your PayPal account.
How can I benefit from paying in 4 installments without fees?
After choosing your bath mats and validating your basket, you will simply have to select PayPal during the payment step. PayPal will automatically offer you to pay in 4X without fees if your account is eligible.
Why can't I use my promo code?
This is probably because you tried to apply it on a bundle offer and the discount applied is higher than your base promotion.
Indeed, promo codes cannot always be combined with bundle offers.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
What is La Berge's return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your La Berge products, no problem! You have 30 days to return your items to us. Send an email to bonjour@laberge.fr specifying your order number and we will send you the return address.
We would like to inform our customers that returns are not free. Although we would like to be able to offer them, this is not yet possible due to the high logistics costs associated with preparing and shipping orders.
To get a refund or free exchange, it is important that the bath mats are unused and still in their original packaging. If any of these points are not met when we receive your return, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
The refund will be made within 15 days and will be made automatically to the account associated with the bank card used during the purchase or to the PayPal account used for payment.
Our refund conditions only apply to individuals. For businesses, products are neither returned nor exchanged.
What is La Berge's exchange policy?
Got the wrong size or the color doesn't suit you? We accept exchanges of unwashed and unused products within 30 days of your purchase. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
Send an email to bonjour@laberge.fr specifying your order number and we will send you the procedure to follow to obtain your exchange.
Once your return has been received and the quality control has been carried out, we will proceed to send your exchange free of charge.
